An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly respected, independently owned large format print and POS production business with a strong reputation for delivering creative display solutions to some of the UK’s most recognisable brands.

Operating for over 15 years, this business has built a reputation for producing high-impact visual merchandising, retail displays, and branded environments — managing everything from concept through to production and installation.

With a team of around 40 staff and continued investment in machinery and people, they are now entering a new phase of growth, having recently secured a major long-term contract with a leading supermarket brand.

As a result, they are looking to strengthen their production team with a hands-on Supervisor focused on dispatch, packing, wrapping, and final-stage fulfilment.

The Role

This is a key position within the production team, acting as the number two within finishing/dispatch, ensuring all work leaves site to the highest standard and on time.

You will be heavily involved in the final stages of production, taking ownership of how jobs are prepared, packaged, and delivered to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

* Supervising daily activity across dispatch, packing, wrapping, and collation

* Ensuring all work is checked, finished, and packaged to a high standard before despatch

* Coordinating workflow between production and dispatch to meet tight deadlines

* Supporting and guiding team members within finishing/dispatch

* Managing logistics, labelling, and shipment readiness

* Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient dispatch area

* Acting as a reliable second-in-command within the finishing team

What They’re Looking For

This role would suit someone who understands that the final stage of production is just as critical as print quality.

You’ll likely come from a background in:

* Large format print

* POS / display production

* Signage or graphics

* Print finishing / fulfilment environments

Key attributes:

* Strong experience in dispatch, packing, and print finishing operations

* A hands-on approach – not afraid to get stuck in

* Organised, reliable, and detail-focused

* Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

* Natural leadership qualities or supervisory experience
