Role Overview: As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload from inception to completion. You will provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the residential property process, ensuring transactions are handled efficiently and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full conveyancing process for residential sales and purchases
• Acting on freehold, leasehold, registered, and unregistered property transactions
• Handling remortgages, leasehold flats, and new build properties
• Carrying out transfers of equity
• Maintaining excellent client communication and building strong professional relationships
• Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely completions

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience handling a full residential property caseload from start to finish
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively
• Excellent client service and communication skills, with a professional and proactive approach
