Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join it client’s Learning Disabilities team based in Leeds.

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will,

• Assess and plan care for individuals with learning disabilities
• Promote independence and community inclusion
• Collaborate with families and professionals
• Safeguard vulnerable individuals
• Provide emotional support and crisis management
• Maintain accurate records and ensure legal compliance

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
