English Teacher to join a well-established and academically ambitious English department
A forward-thinking secondary school in North Leeds is seeking an English Teacher to join its successful English department from January 2026. The role involves teaching KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to contribute to curriculum development and whole-school literacy initiatives.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will deliver engaging and structured English lessons, supporting students in developing strong analytical writing, reading comprehension and confident communication skills. The department operates shared schemes of work, collaborative planning sessions and consistent assessment practices.
