Deliver Specialist
Role purpose
As a Deliver Specialist, you will produce accurate, high-quality, production-ready artwork across print and digital channels. You will use automated workflows and templates to ensure brand consistency and technical precision at speed. Working closely with Design, Develop, and Technical teams, you will ensure a seamless transition from creative concept to final delivery, maintaining the highest standards of quality control and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Produce production-ready artwork files for print and digital channels, ensuring technical accuracy and brand alignment
- Use automated systems and templates to deliver high-volume artwork efficiently
- Support the maintenance of active brand system (ABS) documents and brand asset libraries
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with Design and Develop teams to ensure a smooth transition of assets through the studio
- Identify and report workflow bottlenecks or technical issues to the Deliver Lead
- Assist in the refinement of automated processes to improve studio throughput
- Ensure all files follow naming conventions, folder structures, and archiving protocols
- Maintain consistent file quality across various packaging formats, ranges, and variants
- Participate in team briefings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Objectives
- Deliver accurate, production-ready artwork on time and in line with brand standards
- Achieve high levels of Right First Time (RFT) delivery, reducing rework and revision cycles
- Support the adoption of automated workflows to increase studio efficiency
- Maintain consistent file quality and structure across all projects
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end process
- Proactively flag technical risks or quality concerns to the Deliver Lead
Key Performance Indicators
- On Time Delivery (OTD) Target ≥ 95%
- Right First Time (RFT) ≥ 85% of artwork approved without revisions
- Average Version Release (AVR) Fewer versions required before sign-off
- Average Handling Time (AHT) Reduction in time from brief to final asset
- Automation Utilisation Rate ≥ 50% of deliverables produced through automated systems
- Quality Control Pass Rate High level of accuracy in pre-delivery checks
Knowledge, experience and qualifications
Skills
- Solid understanding of artwork production and creative workflows
- Proficiency with automation tools, batch processing, and templating systems
- Adobe Creative Cloud skills, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Good knowledge of print artwork standards
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
- Ability to follow briefs, deadlines, and established workflows
- Good communication skills for team collaboration
Experience
- 2 to 5 plus years in packaging artwork production or creative operations
- Experience producing artwork across multiple channels and formats
- Familiarity with automation or workflow systems for artwork delivery
- Experience working within high-volume production environments
- Experience collaborating with Design, Develop, and Technical teams
Knowledge
- Understanding of artwork production workflows and technical specifications
- Knowledge of artwork automation tools and templates
- Awareness of branding, typography, layout, and colour management
- Knowledge of print and digital output requirements
- Familiarity with KPIs impacting artwork accuracy and efficiency
