As Senior Project and Operations Manager at Live & Breathe, you are responsible for the successful delivery of multiple, concurrent creative projects while strengthening operational efficiency across the agency. You lead and inspire project teams, embed best-practice project management, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget. The role balances creative collaboration with commercial and organisational priorities, driving both client satisfaction and continuous improvement in how the agency operates. 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

  • Oversee all aspects of project planning and execution, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress. 
  • Champion the project management system within the business. 
  • Liaise with external suppliers including printers and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • A good understanding of Artwork processes, Adobe suite and delivery for print is crucial

Team Coordination & Management:

  • X 3 direct reports
  • Lead and inspire project teams, facilitating collaboration and effective communication across multiple clients. 
  • Work closely with the traffic manager to prioritise workloads and ensure clear communication. 

Interdepartmental Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with department leads to ensure smooth workflows across departments. 
  • Foster a collaborative environment that promotes knowledge sharing and best practices. 

Project Communication:

  • Maintain clear and continuous communication with all stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring client satisfaction.  

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.  

Resource Allocation:

  • Ensure optimal allocation and utilisation of resources, including personnel, technology, and budgets.  

Continuous Improvement:

  • Seek opportunities to improve project management processes and outcomes 

 

Secondary Responsibilities:

Process Ownership:

  • Own and document all processes within the Client Services department. 
  • Ensure clear communication of processes to all team members. 
  • Regularly review and update processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 

Skills:

  • Lead end to end project planning, delivery, and deadlines
  • Manage and motivate a small team of direct reports
  • Coordinate work across teams, clients, and departments
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders and clients
  • Prioritise resources and workloads effectively
  • Identify and mitigate project risks early
  • Champion project management systems and processes
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery and outcomes
  • Experience in AI-driven automation tools within a creative agency environment would be advantageous

Additional details

  • Proven experience in a senior project or operations management role within a creative agency, or fast-paced multi-client environment.
  • Demonstrated people management experience, including leading and developing direct reports and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget, with clear evidence of internal stakeholder and external client management.
