Head of Finance
We are seeking an experienced Finance professional with at least 7 years experience The Head of Finance based in Leeds offering a competitive salary of £76k plus excellent benefits. As the Head of Finance, your key responsibilities will include:
Leading HR initiatives, working with outsourced partners to ensure compliance and staff well-being.
Acting as a strategic partner to the Managing Director, driving insights and improvements for growth.
Supporting the company’s expansion into new markets, including international opportunities. , you will need:
Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Managing operational functions, including stock planning, customer services. and despatch,
Experience managing operational and HR functions within an SME.
A strategic mindset with a track record of driving business growth and performance improvements.
A qualification in finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with proven experience in a leadership position
