Key Responsibilities

• Oversee diverse M&A tax projects and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

• Provide expert tax structuring advice pre- and post-transaction to ensure tax-efficient solutions.

• Prepare technical project descriptions and high-quality reports.

• Support strategic business development initiatives, particularly in the private equity domain.

What We're Looking For

• Proven ability in handling transactions tax at Assistant Manager or Manager level or a similar corporate tax specialisation.

• Strong client relationship management and collaboration skills.

• Experience in people development, with a focus on inclusivity and coaching.
