Position Overview:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to cultivate students' passion for language learning and cultural understanding by delivering engaging and effective French and Spanish instruction across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement captivating lessons aligned with the national curriculum, fostering students' linguistic proficiency and cultural awareness.
• Employ innovative teaching methodologies to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that caters to diverse learning styles.
• Assess and monitor student progress through regular feedback and evaluations, ensuring continuous improvement and achievement.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues within the Modern Foreign Languages department to enhance the overall language program and contribute to extracurricular activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in French, Spanish, or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Demonstrated experience teaching French and Spanish at the secondary level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and colleagues.
