About the Role

An established and forward-thinking law firm is seeking an experienced Disputes Solicitor to join its growing team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to handle a diverse caseload while contributing to the department’s ongoing success.

You will manage a range of dispute resolution matters, ensuring high standards of client care and effective case management in line with professional and firm standards. The role involves direct client contact, managing your own files, and supporting the continued growth and development of the disputes department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters efficiently and proactively.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring they are kept informed of progress and costs.
• Achieve agreed billing and time-recording targets.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with professional conduct rules.
• Work closely with colleagues to promote the firm’s services and uphold its values.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
• Support, mentor, and develop junior or support staff where applicable.
• Take responsibility for personal and professional development, including CPD requirements.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in dispute resolution or litigation.
• Strong client care and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex cases.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident, professional, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proactive approach to business development and team growth.
