For questions about this job, contact: Laura Tallett Workforce Officer [email protected] 0113 392 6262 What you will bring to the role The post holder will work within the LTHT staff bank office which provides a core operational function, working closely with other departments to support in the effective recruitment and deployment of nurses and midwives and other temporary staff within the scope of the service. The post holder will participate in the maintenance and updating of the e-rostering and related bank/agency systems. The post holder will work under direction of more senior staff within the LTHT staff bank Office. The team support the recruitment process for substantive and bank only LTHT Staff Bank deploy nurses and midwives and other staff with scope of the service, on the e-rostering system, manage rota gaps, record resignations, swaps, absence and sickness and book Internal Bank and Agency staff as requested by CSU's.
