The Role

The successful candidate will teach Design & Technology across KS3 & KS4, with the opportunity to contribute to KS5 depending on specialism such as Product Design, Resistant Materials, or Engineering.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering engaging, practical DT lessons

• Supporting students in developing technical, creative, and problem-solving skills

• Preparing students effectively for GCSE examinations

• Contributing to curriculum planning and departmental development

• Promoting enrichment opportunities such as design competitions, STEM projects, and exhibitions

• Qualified Teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
