What will I do?

Reception is the first impression of the hotel a guest will experience so it is crucial you and your team provide an outstanding level of service. You’ll be responsible for the guests stay, review room allocation, advise on rates, packages and promotions, guest issues and complaints and to maximise revenue.

Previous experience within a front office, reception or front of house position, or equivalent
People management experience
Quality & standards driven
Outstanding customer service skills
Conflict resolution

Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located on the outskirts of Leeds and is a 4*, 152-bedroom property. Our hotel is set in acres of woodland with a 27-hole golf course and the dining options include the Calverley Grill restaurant, the Claret Jug restaurant, Champagne bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
