Role overview:
As a School Administrator, you will be central to the efficient functioning of the school. You will provide comprehensive administrative support across departments, ensuring that staff, students, and parents receive a professional and responsive service.
Key responsibilities:
Manage front office operations, including handling enquiries from parents, staff, and visitors
Maintain accurate student records using school systems (e.g., SIMS or Arbor)
Support attendance, admissions, and general school administration processes
Coordinate communications including emails, letters, and internal notices
Assist with safeguarding administration, ensuring compliance with policies
Provide administrative support to senior leaders and teaching staff
Organise meetings, events, and school documentation
