Senior Buyer
As Senior Buyer, you will take ownership of a key spend portfolio and be responsible for delivering both strategic and operational procurement excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading supplier sourcing, assessment, and negotiation to secure competitive commercial agreements
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies to improve supply chain performance
- Ensuring adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and industry standards
- Managing supplier and stakeholder interactions to support operational objectives
- Tracking market activity to identify risks, opportunities, and cost reduction initiatives
- Analysing procurement data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Working with cross functional teams to forecast demand and plan future requirements
- Overseeing supplier performance and resolving issues to maintain continuity of supply
