PK Education are working closely with a high-demand SEND school in Horsforth and are looking to build a local talent pool of dedicated Support Assistants.

This school supports pupils with Autism (ASC), complex needs, and behavioural challenges, so we are particularly keen to hear from individuals who are patient, resilient, and passionate about making a difference.

The Role

Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis
Working within a busy Resource Provision (EHCP students)
Supporting behaviour, communication, and emotional regulation
Full-time, long-term opportunities available
Ideal Candidates

Based locally to Horsforth / Leeds
Experience with SEND, care, youth work, or support roles (desirable, not essential)
Confident supporting challenging behaviour
Calm, consistent, and reliable

Competitive rates of pay from between £90- £110 per day (AWR Compliant)
