The Role

As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level tech positions, building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the tech sector

· Source high-calibre candidates through various channels including networking, headhunting, and referrals

· Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to placement and aftercare

· Hit and exceed revenue targets while maintaining exceptional service standards

· Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development

· Stay current with tech industry trends and market movements

Required Experience & Skills

· Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment, preferably within IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security or Software Development roles

· Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding billing targets

· Strong network within the the technology industry

· Excellent relationship building and networking abilities

· Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

· Commercial acumen and business development capabilities

· CRM proficiency and strong database management skills

We Offer

· Competitive base salary £25,000 - £40,000 (higher for proven high achievers)

· Uncapped commission structure with OTE £50,000 - £80,000
