Hours: 40 hours over 5 days per week - 5:30am - 2pm Monday - Saturday.

Pay: £28,080 - £31,200

We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Assistant Manager to lead the crew and assist the General Manager in daily operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Running daily operations

• Building, training, and inspiring your team

• Upholding our food safety and quality standards

• Driving KPIs

• ️ Troubleshooting issues and keeping everything running smoothly

• Managing stock, wastage and deliveries

• Creating a positive, fun, and focused work environment

✨ What We're Looking For:

• ✅ 1 years’ experience management experience in a fast-paced kitchen / production environment

• Motivated, organised, and ready to take ownership

• Great communicator and natural problem-solver

• Results-driven with a passion for people and great food

• Calm under pressure and cool with multitasking

• Ready to climb the ladder and progress

• A natural leader who is inspiring, consistent and fair
