Senior Quantity Surveyor
In this role, you will be responsible for the full commercial management of projects, including: Preparing and managing budgets, cost plans, and forecasts
Managing subcontractor and supplier contracts
Conducting value engineering, risk assessments, and change management
Providing strategic commercial advice to the project team and senior stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with company and client proceduresYou will be working on high-profile green energy infrastructure projects, contributing directly to the region's sustainable energy goals, while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and senior client representatives. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on large-scale infrastructure or energy projects
Strong knowledge of commercial and contract management, including NEC or JCT contracts
Excellent cost reporting, forecasting, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
