Senior Microwave Filter Design Engineer
Full-time | RF, Microwave & mmWave Engineering A leading UK based technology organisation is seeking a Senior Microwave Filter Design Engineer to provide technical leadership across the full lifecycle of RF and microwave filter designs for mission critical communication systems used in telecoms, aerospace, defence, and space. This is a senior, hands-on role with ownership from concept, simulation, and prototyping through to validation and production, working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams and customer stakeholders. - Expert in RF & microwave filter design
- Strong simulation skills (e.g. Microwave Office, CST, Spark3D)
- Hands-on tuning & test using VNAs, power & temperature testing
- Experience with tolerance/yield analysis, DFM & reliability
- Able to meet UK Security Clearance requirements
