Senior Associate - Employment - UK Top 50 Firm - Leeds
The Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the team, handling a varied caseload and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing Employment Tribunal litigation
- Providing high-quality, commercially focused advice
- Delivering training to clients and prospective clients
- Supporting business development and client growth initiatives
- 4+ PQE
- Strong technical knowledge with experience handling tribunal matters
- Excellent drafting, communication, and presentation skills
- Confident managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service
- Commercially aware, proactive, and a strong team player
- Strong track record of handling respondent matters
