About The Role

The Project Lead is responsible for leading and delivering large-scale operational change across the business, driving strategic initiatives that support the company's continued growth and operational scalability.

  • Identify and deliver operational improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, consistency, and service quality across the business.
  • Define project scope and deliverables while leading cross-functional teams and holding stakeholders accountable for commitments, ensuring coordinated execution and operational readiness across all departments

  • Engage senior stakeholders, clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure clear communication, transparent progress reporting, and strong alignment with project objectives and overall business goals
  • Demonstrate the SBFM values and lead by example at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong proven experience in project or programme management, ideally delivering large, complex, multi-site initiatives.
  • Proven ability to mobilise or implement operational contracts within service-based industries (e.g., facilities management, cleaning, hospitality, logistics or outsourcing).
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of project delivery including planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and benefits tracking.
  • Skilled in creating visual dashboards, Gantt charts, and executive-level presentations using Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly at all levels.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and navigating fast-moving environments.
  • Experience driving operational improvement and transformation initiatives working with cross-functional and remote teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A people-person with a collaborative approach who thrives in high-energy teams.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking.
