We’re working with a leading national law firm, known for its dynamic and collaborative corporate team, who are looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor (1–4 years’ PQE) to join their busy and growing department.

The role:
As a Corporate Solicitor, you’ll work alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers, advising clients on a wide range of complex and high-value transactions. The Corporate team regularly handles M&A (buy-side and sell-side), private equity transactions (for both sponsors and management), IPOs and ECM work involving companies and banks/brokers, public takeovers, and general corporate advisory matters such as group reorganisations and capital reductions.

Much of this work has an international dimension, offering exposure to cross-border deals and global clients. You’ll be encouraged to take ownership of your work and play a meaningful role in the team’s ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities
• Advising on a range of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, and joint ventures
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing key corporate documents such as SPAs, shareholder agreements, and ancillary documents
• Conducting and managing legal due diligence processes
• Supporting senior lawyers and partners on complex matters while running your own transactions (as appropriate to your level of PQE)
• Building strong client relationships and delivering commercially focused advice
• Contributing to business development initiatives including pitches, proposals, and networking

About you
• A qualified Solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE in corporate law (or a closely related transactional area)
• Strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and a genuine enthusiasm for corporate work
