The Role: As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of talent acquisition, working with prestigious clients across multiple sectors. You'll leverage your strong networking skills, commercial acumen, and recruitment expertise to identify and place exceptional candidates in challenging and rewarding roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients in FMCG, Retail, and Consumer sectors
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of client business needs and recruitment strategies
• Source, screen, and attract high-calibre candidates through multiple channels
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and comprehensive skills assessments
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to successful placement
• Meet and exceed monthly recruitment targets and KPIs
• Contribute to the agency's business development efforts

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record in recruitment, preferably within FMCG, Retail, or Consumer sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
• Proficient in using recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Resilient and target-driven personality
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
