If you’re ambitious, people-focused, and motivated by results, this is the perfect place to start. What you’ll be doing Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards (e.g. Indeed), and referrals
Building and managing talent pipelines
Screening candidates via phone and assessing suitability
Writing and posting job adverts
Managing applications and shortlisting candidates
Keeping CRM/ATS systems accurate and up to date
Maintaining regular contact with candidates
Gathering market insight and identifying new business leads
Supporting the wider recruitment team and business growth
