Corporate Solicitor | 3+ PQE | Strong firm | Leeds A well-regarded and ambitious law firm in Leeds is looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its established and growing corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level corporate lawyer to take the next step in their career within a firm known for delivering high-quality work, strong client relationships and a supportive, down-to-earth culture. The Role You'll advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including:
- M&A (share and asset sales and acquisitions)
- Private equity and investment work
- Management buyouts and buy-ins
- Corporate restructurings and shareholder matters
- Qualified solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in corporate law
- Solid experience across M&A and general corporate matters
- Comfortable managing transactions with appropriate supervision
- Commercial, pragmatic and client-focused
- Keen to develop within a collaborative and forward-thinking team
- Strong, consistent corporate workflow with quality clients
