- Book and coordinate service jobs for approximately 12 engineers
- Coverage split: ~50% Leeds-based and ~50% UK-wide
- Schedule engineers for service work and ensure jobs are allocated appropriately
- Coordinate travel and logistics using a strong understanding of the UK road network
- Liaise with engineers and internal stakeholders to ensure the right engineer is assigned to the right job, and that service jobs are scheduled and managed smoothly
- Maintain an organised booking workflow and keep accurate records of job allocations and engineer availability
- Ensure spares and consumables are charged to the correct job / customer.
- Proven experience working as a Service Team Coordinator / Scheduler, booking service engineers to customer service jobs
- Industry experience not required, but a technical service background is preferred (e.g., engineering services, technical field support, service coordination)
- Ability to coordinate schedules for a field-based engineering workforce
- Comfortable working with technical equipment and service job requirements (supporting engineers servicing complex machinery)
- Computer literate, computerised booking system and CRM are used to manage bookings.
- Detail-oriented and methodical, with a focus on accuracy.
- Calm under pressure and able to respond to schedule changes quickly.
- Proactive approach to problem solving (e.g., reallocating engineers when plans shift).
- Professional and dependable, with strong ownership of service scheduling outcomes.
