Conveyancing Fee Earner

We are seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner to join a reputable team based in Pudsey. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual seeking to progress their career and take ownership of a busy and varied conveyancing caseload and contribute to the firm’s continued success. The role is full time, office based, with full support provided from a team of assistants and administrators. Office hours are 9am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday.

Full time preferred but part time also considered (4 days minimum).

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base.
• Business Development: Actively seek out new business opportunities and network with potential clients.
• Casework: Handle a busy caseload of the full range of conveyancing matters; sales, purchases, remortgages, freehold and leasehold.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years experience handling own caseload of the full range of conveyancing matters.
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Referrer Relationships: You understand the importance of referrer relationships and have experience in managing them, whilst understanding the importance of integrity and independence.
• Problem-solver: You can think on your feet and work well under pressure, especially during busy periods.
• Detail-oriented: Accuracy is key in this role, and your eagle eye will ensure nothing is missed.
