Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 (based on skills and experience)
Location: Northallerton, North Yorkshire
Contract: Permanent, full time

Working alongside Architects, Surveyors and Engineering specialists, you’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of projects from housing and education to public and community buildings, while building the experience and support needed to progress towards your Part 3 qualification.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the delivery of architectural projects from planning through to construction
- Producing high‑quality planning, building regulations and construction information
- Working collaboratively within a multi‑disciplinary design team
- Assisting on a diverse range of sectors including housing, education and public buildings
- Attending client, design team and site meetings as required
- Developing your skills and experience towards becoming a Lead Consultant and future Part 3 qualification
What We Are Looking For
- RIBA Part I & Part II qualified (or ARB equivalent)
- Experience working as an Architectural Assistant within a UK practice
- A working knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
- Ability to use AutoCAD and Revit, with strong IT and presentation skills
- A collaborative mindset with good communication skills
- A proactive approach, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
