Divisional Director - Recruitment Consultant/Billing Manager

We are seeking an exceptional, ambitious recruitment professional to spearhead a new division within our dynamic international agency. This role offers unprecedented autonomy and strategic leadership potential. The business is a thriving and successfull business with their current sectors, and this success has now created a period of investment. They are looking to build out other niche sectors and are open to any sector or specialism. You'll be given all the tools and financial backing to build out your own vertical with a clear pathway to becoming a director within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and develop a brand new recruitment division from inception
• Build client relationships and develop a robust business development strategy
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and billing processes
• Create and implement divisional growth targets
• Recruit and mentor team members as division expands

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5 years senior recruitment or billing recruitment management experience
• Proven track record of business development and revenue generation
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent understanding of recruitment sector dynamics
• Advanced commercial acumen
