We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated Female Carers and Support Workers to join our agency team, delivering high-quality care across care homes, nursing homes, and supported living environments.

What You’ll Do:

Provide person-centred care that promotes dignity, respect, and independence.

Assist residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily living activities.

Follow care plans tailored to individual needs.

Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team.

Adhere to safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control procedures.

Represent Hippo Staffing with professionalism and compassion.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Carer, HCA, or Support Worker (minimum 6 months UK experience).

A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Up-to-date mandatory training (or willingness to complete our training).

Flexibility to work varied shifts.

Valid DBS (preferably on the Update Service).
