AVP Team Leader
Experience: Significant supervisory or management experience, preferably in multi-site operations or patient safety-related provisions. Leadership Knowledge: NVQ Level 4 in Team Leading/Management (or equivalent experience) and NVQ Level 3 in Training Delivery (or equivalent). Safety & Compliance: Proficiency in Health and Safety, COSHH, and Risk Assessments (ideally within a cleaning or logistics sector). Education: GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in 5 subjects, including English and Maths. Technical Skills: Strong IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office packages.
