Associate Solicitor - Medical Negligence (NQ-4 PQE)
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious solicitor to join a top-tier medical negligence team renowned for handling complex, high-value cases including catastrophic brain, spinal, amputation, and birth injury claims.
This role offers the chance to work alongside some of the most experienced practitioners in the field, supporting them on challenging and life-changing litigation. The team is consistently recognised by leading legal directories and is known for delivering exceptional client service and results.
The Role
- Assist senior solicitors and partners on serious and high-value medical negligence claims.
- Manage aspects of case preparation, including drafting documents, liaising with experts and counsel, and attending court hearings.
- Engage directly with clients and families, providing clear, empathetic communication throughout the process.
- Contribute to business development, networking, and knowledge-sharing within the team.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) or soon-to-qualify, ideally NQ–4 years PQE.
- Strong technical skills and a genuine interest in medical negligence and personal injury litigation.
- Excellent communication, client care, and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated to learn from a leading team.
- Experience with complex claims or a background in healthcare law would be an advantage.
