Technical Recruitment Consultant - HVAC & Renewables

Location: Leeds (Hybrid - 3 days office/2 days remote)

Are you an experienced recruitment consultant looking to take your career to the next level with an established industry leader? We're seeking a talented recruiter to join our technical engineering recruitment team in Leeds.

Our specialist focus includes Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), and Renewable Energy sectors, working with some of the industry's most prestigious names.

The Role As a Technical Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage and develop relationships with our existing client base while identifying new opportunities for growth. You'll be working with engineering professionals across:

• Domestic and Commercial Heating
• Ventilation Systems
• Air Conditioning
• Renewable Energy Technologies

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical engineering positions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Develop new business opportunities within the HVAC and renewables sector
• Source and headhunt top engineering talent
• Provide consultation to clients on market conditions and recruitment strategies
• Meet and exceed performance targets

What We're Looking For

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally within technical or engineering sectors
• Strong track record of delivering results and meeting targets
• Excellent relationship building and networking skills
• Commercial acumen and business development capabilities
• Understanding of the HVAC sector (desirable but not essential)
