HR & Employment Law Specialist
- Provide expert advice on employment law and HR matters to clients.
- Assist with drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Support clients in handling employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Deliver practical guidance on HR best practices and compliance requirements.
- Conduct legal research to ensure advice is up-to-date and accurate.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions on employment law topics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions.
