Job title: YouTube & Twitch Content Manager
Location: Leeds
Overview of the role:
We are looking for a YouTube & Twitch Content Manager to join our team in Leeds. You will directly influence how we communicate and interact with our audience and so play a major part in how fans experience and engage with the brand.
The role will be responsible for guiding and overlooking the editorial / streaming plan and content creation across owned YouTube and Twitch channels, as well as monitoring performances and making decisions based on results. The role will be responsible for the creation of fresh quality content and eliciting engagement of the online communities, as well as exploring innovative ways to execute social marketing, such as influencer activations.
You will help develop the PokerStars YouTube & Twitch editorial plans and activities with the goal of increasing brand awareness through compelling and engaging content and activities involving our ambassadors, influencers, celebrities, and partners.
You will ensure the content plans are in line with regulation and the brand’s TOV, while working closely with those managing social handles in all markets and licenses. You will help them implement plans for strategic development with a focus on growth, the fostering of high community engagement, and the creation of best-in-class unique content.
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.

Working with the Social Media team for the creation of Social Media campaigns, participating in brainstorming meetings, and following the processes in place for the briefing, approval, and publishing of created content
Analysing performances to showcase the results achieved and how they reflect the strategy, as well as drawing actionable learnings to improve the performances
What you’ll bring:
Ability to coordinate effectively with business units
Ability to coordinate multiple resources across the globe
Ability to think outside the box to create and execute innovative content ideas
Ability to react and adapt quickly to the YouTube and Twitch scene
