Quantity Surveyor

Your duties and responsibilities will be
* Manage a portfolio of projects, providing both pre- and post-contract commercial oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
* Support cost estimation, prepare commercial reports, challenge and manage cost control, and lead contract administration activities.
* Negotiate change events, manage project finances, and maintain vital contractual relationships.
You will have the following qualifications & experience
* Proven experience delivering pre- and post-contract commercial management on utilities or construction projects.
* Extensive knowledge of NEC4 and/or JCT contract terms and application.
* Expert in cost estimation, risk analysis, and commercial reporting.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to challenge stakeholders professionally.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and computer literate with advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
* Full UK driving licence.
