Childcare Solicitor

Location: Yorkshire ( Leeds )

Niche childcare law firm seeks to recruit a childcare solicitor to join the team.

The successful candidate will be expected to handle with minimum supervision a varied caseload to include but not limited to;

• Care/Interim Care Orders
• Supervision Orders /Interim Orders
• Emergency Protection Orders
• Police Protection Orders
• Special Guardianship Orders
• Adoption Orders
• Domestic Abuse/Violence Cases

Acting for act for parents, grandparents and other family members and children directly through their CAFCASS appointed Children's Guardian, you will be expected to work in an ethically and sensitive manner to support vulnerable individuals through the childcare process.

Ideally you will be a childcare solicitor with 3+ years pqe (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience and applications are invited from even the most experienced candidates) and be Children Panel Accredited.
