Commercial Principal Associate
The Commercial Principal Associate will be:* Advising on a broad range of data protection and privacy queries
* Advising on legal issues relating to developing technologies including AI * Working on technology licensing and commercial contract negotiations * Supervising associates on commercial contract drafting * Overseeing data protection documentation and compliance frameworks * Managing due diligence on IT, commercial risk and data protection compliance * Helping with business development initiatives and key client relationships- * Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior lawyers
