About the role

• This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) however flexibility in this will be considered
• We know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role
• The base location for this role is Manchester or Leeds Supply Site

What you'll do

As a Supplies People Advisor you will;

• Provide first line people advice to supply chain line managers
• Ensure effective and consistent implementation of People Polices
• Support the Supplies People Manager at the Manchester & Leeds sites in employee engagement and encourage fair and impartial employee relations on a variety of different people issues
• Highlight any areas of non-compliance and provide assistance to rectify these within appropriate
• timescales
• Ensure data is processed accurately and people systems and records are kept up to date.
• Deliver effective, timely and confidential support on all employee well-being issues

About you

You will fit right into this role if you can demonstrate:

• Previous experience in a HR Advisory and People administration role is essential
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• A strong team player
• Ability to deal with confidential information and maintain GDPR best practise
• Ability to multi-task and work at pace
• Ability to work autonomously and with a remote team
• Strong skills in planning, prioritising and organising
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fully conversant with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Flexibility in working hours as there will be occasions where early mornings or evenings are required
