About the role
- This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) however flexibility in this will be considered
- We know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role
- The base location for this role is Manchester or Leeds Supply Site
What you'll do
As a Supplies People Advisor you will;
- Provide first line people advice to supply chain line managers
- Ensure effective and consistent implementation of People Polices
- Support the Supplies People Manager at the Manchester & Leeds sites in employee engagement and encourage fair and impartial employee relations on a variety of different people issues
- Highlight any areas of non-compliance and provide assistance to rectify these within appropriate
- timescales
- Ensure data is processed accurately and people systems and records are kept up to date.
- Deliver effective, timely and confidential support on all employee well-being issues
About you
You will fit right into this role if you can demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a HR Advisory and People administration role is essential
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- A strong team player
- Ability to deal with confidential information and maintain GDPR best practise
- Ability to multi-task and work at pace
- Ability to work autonomously and with a remote team
- Strong skills in planning, prioritising and organising
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Flexibility in working hours as there will be occasions where early mornings or evenings are required
