How you’ll make an impact?

You’ll support the Account Manager and Account Director in delivering smart, data‑driven media campaigns across the entire offline spectrum. We’re after someone analytical, curious and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll make happen:

• Support planning & buying across offline channels TV, print, radio, outdoor and more!

• Optimise media campaigns using data and insights

• Complete planning/admin tasks (DDS, Ad Dynamix, Echo, RAPS)

• Analyse client + media owner performance

• Build strong relationships with media owners

• Negotiate with TV sales houses to maximise campaign delivery

• Identifying and flagging invoices queries

• Monitor TV programming & complete monthly reconciliations

• Provide clear, data-led updates to clients

• Manage schedules, spot matching & spreadsheet tasks

• Handle vouchering, COIs & delivery instructions

• Spot matching and schedules

• Checking insertions against media schedules and update

What You'll Bring:

• Confident verbal and written communication + presenting to stakeholders
