Your Opportunity

We’re experiencing exciting growth within our Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) Building Engineering Services discipline. To support this, we’re looking for talented Electrical Building Services Engineers to strengthen our dynamic team.

You’ll play a key role in delivering innovative, sustainable, and technically excellent solutions across a wide range of projects. From early-stage planning and design through to construction monitoring and post-occupancy performance, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact at every stage of the building lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

Provide pre-planning advice including energy and sustainability statements, renewable energy appraisals, lighting impact assessments, and low-energy design input.

Deliver full concept-to-detailed designs for mechanical and electrical building services across diverse sectors.

Monitor installations during construction, ensuring quality through testing and commissioning.

Work within a BIM environment, embedding calculations and drawings into a shared model.

Support clients with whole life asset cycle consultation, from surveys through to energy compliance and performance optimisation.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for an ambitious and conscientious individual who enjoys working collaboratively and is ready to grow with us. Ideally, you’ll have:

A technical design background in electrical building services engineering.

Proficiency with technical software (e.g. lighting calculations, cable sizing).

Strong knowledge of CIBSE guidance , building regulations, and relevant British Standards.

Awareness of specialist standards (such as HTM for healthcare ).

Experience with BIM-focused design tools, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD.

A minimum of HNC or degree-level qualification .

Full UK driving license.
