· 2+ PQE
- Highly competitive salary (£64,000-£80,000 for Associates)
- Hybrid working (minimum 2-3 days in the office)
- High-quality, complex and market-leading commercial work
- Acting for FTSE 100 & FTSE 250 companies, public sector bodies and major organisations
- Advising on pure commercial contracts work, with a growing focus on digital and technology
- Work across technology transactions, digital transformation, data, procurement and outsourcing
- Exposure to public-sector procurement matters, from local to national and cross-border work
- Opportunities to work on international matters and strategic projects
- Close-knit team with a strong collaborative culture
- Working closely with colleagues in Leeds and the wider national Commercial team
- 2+ years' PQE as a UK-qualified solicitor
- Strong experience in pure commercial contracts work
- Experience or interest in digital, tech, IT contracts or data is highly desirable
- Exposure to complex or high-value commercial matters
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Commercially minded, proactive and collaborative
