Reception & Office Administrator
Set up and support meetings and events, including room layouts, AV, catering and bookings.
Maintain reception, meeting rooms, kitchens and communal areas, ensuring they are tidy and well stocked.
Provide general office and administrative support, including document preparation, supplies ordering and system updates.
Support facilities, IT and onboarding tasks, including desk set‑ups and reporting issues.
What we’re looking for in a Reception & Office Administrator: Previous experience in a reception, hospitality or office administration role is essential.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.
Professional, calm, and approachable manner.
