What You'll Be Doing

* Leading, managing and motivating the sales team to consistently deliver exceptional results
* Driving daily operations including deal files, customer handovers, and sales funnel management
* Maintaining showroom standards, vehicle presentation, and overall customer experience
* Maximising every sales opportunity and ensuring the team exceeds performance and manufacturer targets
* Collaborating with other departments to streamline operations and enhance the customer journey
* Embedding a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and customer focus

What We're Looking For

* A proven background in automotive sales with a strong performance track record
* Experience in leading or supervising a team, with the ability to inspire and influence
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
* Commercially minded, target-driven, and tech-savvy
* Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about the car industry

Working Pattern

* 4 to 5 long days per week, covering both weekdays and weekends (rota-based)

Pay and Benefits

* £42,000 basic salary
* Realistic OTE with an achievable, uncapped bonus structure
