About the Opportunity

Our client, a well-established and highly respected investment management firm, is seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join their Leeds office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and growth-focused organisation where you will play a key role in managing and developing client relationships while delivering tailored investment solutions.

This is a dynamic position offering the chance to manage an existing client portfolio while also contributing to business development and the firm's continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a range of advisory and discretionary portfolios, tailored to meet individual client objectives
• Build, maintain, and enhance long-term client relationships
• Construct and review portfolios, ensuring suitability, performance, and tax efficiency
• Identify opportunities to grow and develop your client base
• Contribute to business development activities, including networking, presentations, and client pitches
• Participate in investment and research committee discussions
• Support the delivery of the firm's strategic objectives

About You

• Minimum CISI Level 6 (or equivalent) qualification
• Proven experience in investment management, ideally with an existing client book
• Strong client relationship management skills with a client-first approach
• Established professional network and ability to generate new business
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and provide creative solutions
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive in approach
