Are you a qualified automotive professional who loves solving problems on the spot? As a Roadside Technician with a Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent) and at least two years of post‑qualification experience, you’ll provide essential roadside assistance while enjoying a rewarding, varied career.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mechanical repairs, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the region.
• Handle a wide range of calls – from flat‑tyre changes and battery replacements to complex fault‑finding.
• Provide clear, friendly communication and reassurance to members during stressful situations.
• Maintain and operate a fully equipped service van, using provided tools and diagnostic kits.
• Adhere to health, safety and quality standards while on‑site.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with ≥ 2 years of technical, electrical and diagnostic experience.
• Customer‑focused attitude and strong communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently, think on your feet and stay calm under pressure.
• Passion for delivering high‑quality service and representing the organization proudly.

Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: £36,400 per annum.
