At Search Recruitment Group, we are hiring an Associate Recruitment Consultants to join our established Industrial team in Leeds. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a busy, fast-moving market with a strong existing client base and plenty of room to grow your own desk.

You will be working within the thriving industrial sector, supporting clients with their hiring needs while developing your own portfolio of business across the Yorkshire market.

Your Role:
* Developing new business through outbound sales activity, including calls, meetings, and networking
* Managing and growing relationships with existing industrial clients
* Sourcing candidates for a range of roles using job boards, social platforms, and referrals
* Interviewing candidates and matching them to suitable opportunities
* Overseeing the full recruitment process from initial brief through to successful placement
* Building your reputation as a specialist within the industrial sector

What we are looking for:
* Previous experience in sales, business development, or recruitment
* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build lasting relationships
* Resilient, motivated, and eager to develop your career
* A proactive approach and willingness to learn
* Must have a valid UK drivers license with own transport due to travel requirements
