Commercial Manager
- Build, manage and develop strong working relationships with key B2B customer
- Develop and grow account perfromance and revenue through up-selling and cross selling techniques
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions that benefit both the customer and business
- Undertake regular account reviews both in person and virtual, to understand pain points, future plans, and identify opportunities to support in future
- Look at strategic pricing to incentive customers to purchase in higher volumes and frequency
- Provide world class service to customers during all interactions
- Take ownership of customer issues in a timely manor
- Provide ad hoc support to directors where required
