Job Overview We are offering an exciting three-month locum opportunity for a Prison Cleared Registered General Nurse to work within a Young Offenders Institute in Wetherby. This role is ideal for an RGN who is currently prison cleared and looking to take on a rewarding full-time position within a primary care team.

You will be working long day shifts in a secure yet supportive environment, delivering essential healthcare services and making a genuine difference to the lives of young people in custody.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality primary healthcare to young offenders within a secure environment

Administer medications and support the management of chronic conditions in line with established protocols

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective patient care

Undertake clinical assessments, develop care plans, and maintain accurate clinical records

Promote health and wellbeing through targeted health promotion activities
